Any information you supply will be treated as confidential, and will be used only to verify that your age when diagnosed, and to contact you as and when necessary for the purposes of this research. There is also a need for volunteers for the control group (non-PD people, BOTH blood relatives of people with PD AND friends living in the same area as the PWPs) to provide a blood sample as well. The control group samples will be used to compare with those of the PD group. If you are a spouse/partner/relation/carer/friend of a person with PD, you might like to help.
