Sound and Vibration Healing

Many centuries ago the Tibetans developed a way of sustaining sound using a bowl-shaped gong, now known as Tibetan Singing Bowls, made from seven different metals, which were used for meditation and healing.

The Tibetans knew that certain sounds resonate in different parts of the body and that these sounds relax, restore the harmony and heal in a holistic way.

During a Sound Massage session Tibetan Singing Bowls are placed on different parts of the body so that healing vibrations can enter the body. The Sound Massage can be given for a general relaxation and to restore harmony, or to work on a specific problems.
