Damian O’Donohue, MVB, MVM, MRCVS, is the Principal of Prospect Solutions.  Damian qualified as a veterinary surgeon in 1981 and spent seven years in general veterinary practice and three years in university-based research before joining the veterinary pharmaceutical industry in 1991.  Since then he has worked in both Irish-based national and foreign-based multinational companies. 

Damian’s roles in industry have been in the areas of general business, technical support and regulatory affairs. 

As well as being very good at doing things himself, Damian is also an excellent communicator and a gifted teacher, and a great believer in the old Chinese proverb:-

“Give a man a fish and you will feed him for a day. Teach him how to fish and you will feed him for a lifetime.”

So, if you have a problem that needs to be solved, then perhaps we’ll solve it for you.  It’s much more likely, however, that we’ll work with you to resolve the issues. 

Looking ahead, we’ll also help you to understand the problem, and we’ll teach you how to resolve similar issues yourself in future, if that’s what you want.
